Devant l'eglise Santa-Maria

This Collection of paintings was produced as part of the web academy courses, in a plein-air integral demonstrations context in situ, Cadaques, Spain.

They are the subject of the course; “November in Cadaques” that you find in the Cristobal Art Academy web page.

You will find the complete painting demonstrations carried out in French, English and Spanish.

The city of Cadaques with its undeniable charm offered us three themes of great inspiration; the waterfront with a view of the buildings in front of the ocean, the narrow streets crisscrossing with multiple balconies and, finally, the city seen from the heights with orange roofs and white walls around the Santa Maria church.

These paintings were made in acrylic with an impressionist representational vision, leaving the instance of light to take on all its importance.

Cristobal achieves to manage complex perspective compositions but once again, he takes us on a journey where color is always a little more vibrant than the moment reality.
